earlier this year, i've included a new sports into my fitness-calendar (errr, actually, there's no such calendar!) i've made a decision - an odd one - to join my colleagues for futsal!
i'm not really a sports person. since my primary --> secondary --> college --> uni, i was never bothered about sports or never bothered to keep myself fit. to me, walking around malls, making pit stops at one boutique after another, is already considered as a form of excercise! hey.. don't give me that look! i know what u're thinking..

i wasn't sure myself on the decision i made to join the futsal team. plus, there was no ladies in the team. it's an all-men team! with some nudge from my BFF, miz nyna, we forced them to accept us! haha! to my surprise, they welcomed us into the team, and have been 'coaching' us on the techniques of playing futsal. i was really, terribly, awfully bad in the 1st couple of weeks - it was actually an embarassment! i kicked 'air' more than i kicked the ball..! plus, i could only play for about 15 mins. anything more, PANCIT!!
but now, i'm proud to say that.... i've gotten better! thanks to all the generous coaches who r willing to share useful tips and r able to take my crazyness and loudness.. according to them, i can now own my own pair of futsal shoes! what's next in my fitness-calendar? bowling of coz!
