how is that possible, u might ask? i was in KK for... basically, a day, and got to spend a night there? errmm... well, anything is possible..
so, i was sent there to represent the company for an event that we had with the Sabah Police. by right, the actual meaning of a a person representing the company should be someone who would be getting like, a special treatment or something, rite? in my case, i would say - DREAM ON!
did i tell u mr. hubby tagged along with me for the trip? yea, i invited him (after hearing un-exciting views about the place of stay from my colleague. FYI, i ni penakut terlebih berani..) funny enough, some of my friends said it would be our 2nd honeymoon. hahaha!! again, wishful thinking la korang!
anyways, thanks a bunch to mr. hubby for helping out during the setup of the event venue (tak pasal2 encik ghazz tu kena tolong pasang backdrop, ok)!? not just that, he was also the official photographer of the event (tho his skill is a bit below par as compared to mine a-OK. hahaha.. sorry dear.. love u mucho!)
of course, it doesnt take a geographical factor to shy away this shoe-addict! true - i didnt get to tour much, but i MADE the effort to grab a pair of Charles & Keith, located at Warisan Square! yes, i know, it has been opened in Pavilion KL, but no harm in satisfying the crave in another side of Malaysia, rite?
wat else did i do? visited the Filipino Market, but only a few shops were opened when we got there (which was only at 8.15pm!). once done with shopping, only then we realised our stomach was grumbling.. so, we walked towards the recommended place called Anjung Senja. the food was superb, but pricey deyyy..(especially when there were only mr. hubby, evelyn and i)..
one thing for sure, i'll definitely make my way to KK again.. and next time, i'll make sure i'll have all the time in the world to explore more side of The Land Below The Wind. from the airplane, the view was simply BREATHTAKING! ive fallen in love - at the first and last sight, with this Land of the Sacred Mountain..
p/s: merci beaucoup to mr. hubby for being such a sport! so, when is our next trip.. with the kiddos, perhaps? :D
p/s: this entry is not sponsored by AirAsia

@ Warisan Square. done with shopping and waiting for dinner

this is what i do for living..

Facebook-ing while kill-ing time @ the airport that has no WiFi!

well, certainly... i didnt get to do that!!

...leaving on a jet plane... au revoir, bah!
