and the story goes like this...

im back from the short unpleasant trip..
i bet some of u are wondering wat had happened to me huh? hmm, here's the thing..

on wednesday, during lunch time, i (and Kak Watie, Miz Nyna & Jude) were supposed to have lunch at the Raya celebration organised by the KL Police. we were there at around 1.30pm, and as guessed by Jude, there was no more food left! so, the hungry 4 of us decided to head to the Istana area, and had our lunch there - 'courtesy' of Jude (which by the way, hardly says YES to belanja us makan!).. hehehe..

around 4 something later that day, i was having a meeting with the boss, and my stomach started to feel pain. it was like gassy and bloated or something. i thot it was just a normal stomach-ache kinda thing. engrossed with work and discussion, i just ignored the pain. i thot Jude had cursed the lunch food or something! hahaha.. sorry dear.. didnt mean to accuse u like that..

at around 8, i reached home. ms. daughter's babysitter was having her open house that nite. couldnt even straighten up my body, i told mr. hubby to just bring the kiddos there, with my mom. i stayed home in bed. the pain wasnt going anywhere.. with no appetite to eat, i went to bed with an empty stomach. and, slept thru out the nite, with my body curled up..

got up the next morning, i went to work like usual. at around 9 something, i decided to go to clinic. all the way, i was walking like a hunchback person! haha.. people were giving me weird stares looking at me like that! luckily, there was no other people at the clinic. it didnt take me long to see the doctor.

went into the room, met up with the doctor.. she did some checking on me (the regular routine).. and guess wat she said..? "i think u might have a problem with ur appendix! and u will need to be referred to a hospital. im gonna write u a referral letter." i was stunned.. had nothing to say to her.. i took the letter, and walked back to the office.

called up mr. hubby, asking him to fetch me at the office. saw my HR, and explained everything. and the next thing i knew, i was in Damansara Specialist Hospital. i was sent to the A&E, as things were faster there. i had few other tests done on me, before the surgeon blurted this out: "we need to do a diagnose laparoscopic on u, to confirm whether it's ur ovarian cyst that's bleeding, or is it ur appendix. i will need to prep u for the operation, and u will need to sign this consent letter."

hmm, 2nd bad news of the day? spot on!!

i was taken to the OT at around 6.30.. and not long after that, i went into my deep sleep. when i opened up my eyes, the sky was already dark. i saw mr. hubby, mr. son, my mom and my 2nd bro there. everything was so cloudy, and i seemed to have lost my voice. tried to speak, but nobody could really hear me.. mr. hubby stayed with me that nite. i was barely awake.

this can go on forever.. to cut the story short, i've had my ovarian cyst (which was bleeding slowly from the burst) removed. to add salt to the wound, i've also had my appendix (which was swollen at that time) removed. so, now, im having 3 patches on my tummy (including the one from the laparoscopic process).

i've been given a week of MC. i'll take it as a blessing in disguise.. with the crazy things happening at work now. at least, i have a week to escape from it all (i wish!)...

why am i blogging if im not well? just to kill time actually.. mr. hubby had taken both kiddos to his friend's open house. and my mom is with my bro, attending some open houses as well.. basically, im alone, and resting to the fullest.
