land of the free

Time does go by in a blink.
It's that time (again) where people drive around with flags stuck to their cars.

I bet, tonite, as I'm writing this post,
people from all sorts of places, all sorts of ages, all sorts of races,
are gathered at THE place,
to celebrate the nationhood's independence for the 52nd time!

Some might celebrate with the true meaning of independence.
Some might just be there to be part of the celebration.

Well, who am I to judge huh?

Happy Independence Day, Malaysia!

p/s: just a thought: why can't we all be the proud Malaysians and be proud of the flags thru out the year?
