is it an effective form of getting the message accross?

at around 9.30am, i was called by the so-called 'big-head' in the company to see him in his room. so, i went... i had already guessed that he must have wanted to ask something OR something must be wrong somewhere.. so, instead of asking me the question properly, he ended up shouting at me! it was expected anyway, as he is known (by us in the office) to be shouting at almost anyone, especially those staff who report to him.

so, it got me to wonder, is it necessary for him to do that? why couldnt he just use his normal tone of voice (which is not pleasing to the ears at all), rather than stretching his vocal cord to the MAX! hey, im not deaf ok?? my hearing is FINE!

instead of getting the message acrossed, he just ended up getting people to HATE him! and im proud to admit, im one of those people..

to this so-called 'big-head' in the company, u can just go f*** urself and DIE! and i'll be the 1st one to throw a HUGE PARTY!

p/s: pardon my french! ;)
