every night, before kiddos close their eyes,
i make it a point to wish them good nite..
my drill will be something like:
Good nite, Sayang...
Sweet dreams! Sleep tight!
See you tomorrow!
I love you...!
Assalamualaikum...
What more, with mr. son already learning in his kindy,
the drill will be followed by doa sebelum tidur..
Alhamdulillah...
it has become a ritual, since mr. son was 3, and ms. daughter was turning 3..
if i somehow forgot, they would be the one saying it to me..
;)
and now, ms. daughter is saying all those to her babysitter.
every night, after i fetch her from her sitter, she will go like:
Good night, Mak Zah.
Suwit drim! Selip tai!
See u tomolo!
Ai laf u..!
Assalamualaikum...
Mak Zah will reply to her, despite not really knowing how to pronounce them correctly..
with that, her babysitter has learned some new English words..
yay!
